Luxury hotel The Cadogan approached Strange Hill in order to increase beverage sales and raise awareness of their bar in an initiative that would sit alongside their new restaurant concept ‘Great Taste at The Cadogan’.
Strange Hill implemented new stock control systems and staffing responsibility for wet sales in conjunction with full till audits. Following this, Strange Hill set about restructuring the bar management, staffing and recruiting ensuring guests experienced a quintessentially English experience with impeccable service and all the comforts of home.
Strange Hill subsequently worked with The Cadogan to implement a new cocktail menu and new food offering to compliment the existing drinks menu ensuring they reflected the charming luxury of an environment that offers a serene escape in the middle of London’s most affluent district.
We continue to be involved on a day-to-day basis in the food and beverage operations of the hotel and its ongoing marketing activity.
