The owners and developers of the Bulgari hotel in Knightsbridge London approached Strange Hill to assist them in developing new concepts for the bar within the hotel. The brief was to extend the existing bar concept to make it relevant to its new home in London.
We achieved this through as process of sourcing unique and rare products, the menu development, implementation of operating systems and the recruitment and training of staff.
Strange Hill also compiled and designed a bespoke drinks training manual that was introduced alongside a four-week staff-training programme held during the month leading up to the Bulgari’s opening. The training covered all aspects of service, including product knowledge and role-play of likely scenarios during the course of a 5 star service.
